The natural soap Dudu Osun is still produced in the traditional way.
The composition includes a variety of naturally occurring skincare components that have been used for centuries in beauty care in Africa. Traditionally - obtained from small regional farmers in Nigeria - palm kernel oil is boiled with ashes (from burned palm leaves and cocoa pods) - using modern technology and traditional recipes. The other ingredients are added only after the saponification process, and thus keep their original quality. The soap receives its characteristic color through its ash content. The high-quality, cold-pressed shea butter, which is traditionally extracted from the fruit kernels of the sacred shea tree (Karité tree), gives Dudu-Osun® the nourishing and moisturizing properties.
Dudu-Osun means "black saints".
A versatile soap - for daily full-body cleansing of skin and hair, for a face mask and i can even be used as a shaving soap. It is 100% biodegradable.
