The small delicate flowers of the Jasmine Grandiflorum were already used in the 16th century by the gauze makers and perfumer in Grasse. This beautiful flower quickly became a fragrance that was an indispensable part of the repertoire of perfume makers and has since been the focus of floral cultivation in Grasse. The immaculate white flowers are picked early in the morning in August and develop an enchanting, powdery and slightly fruity fragrance.
